At Exquisite Diamonds Extensions, we have a no return policy. Please contact us immediately with any concerns and we will gladly provide an exchange based on our exchange policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
– Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
– Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
– Product(s) security sticker must not be removed from around the hair weft.
-Products(s) security tag must not be removed or tampered.
-Products(s) must not be unraveled, washed and combed.
If the listed conditions are not met, Exquisite Diamonds Extensions reserves the right to refuse an exchange.

Customers are responsible to pay for their own shipping charges associated with a purchase exchange. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any exchanges. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance and obtaining a tracking number to ensure we received your exchange purchase.

Orders placed before 3pm ET generally ship the same day. In an event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day.
We offer Priority 1-3 Day shipping as well as Express 1-2 Day shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
